the apartment had ample space and comfy beds. the check-in system was very easy. the public transport access was close, as were stores. i found the location quiet and convenient.
the automatic ventilation system was a problem. i could not disable the air conditioning. this made it unpleasant, especially at night.

The room's central ventilation system was continuously on, and I could not adjust it. The noise and constant airflow made sleeping difficult. I found mold in the shower, and the shower door seals were worn out. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor each time I showered.

The location was excellent. I found the grocery store within a short walk very helpful. The key code check-in provided great convenience. I appreciated the proximity to the tram line for easy access to other areas.
The automatic ventilation system was somewhat disruptive, especially at night. It wasn't possible to adjust it directly.

The washing machine inside the toilet was a real plus for us, especially traveling with kids. There was parking available , made things very convenient as we traveled by car and needed secure storage overnight.

i appreciated the proximity to the tramway. shops such as lidl and coop were very accessible. i found a few bars nearby too. the apartment was very clean upon my arrival. the couch was comfy (though a bit small for two adults maybe).
I noticed a slight issue. The absence of soap and shampoo required me to purchase these items separately.
